Does Marginful change anything in my store?
No. Marginful is read-only. See Read-only access.
What counts as an order for my plan?
Orders your store processes in a calendar month, from every sales channel, counted from the 1st (UTC). Test and cancelled orders do not count. See Plan limits.
Will I be charged if I go over my plan?
Not on standard plans. The growth allowance covers you, and Marginful recommends the plan that fits. You are only charged more if you turn on Auto plan fit.
Is there a free trial?
Free is a full plan that stays free, so paid plans have no trial. See Plans and trial.
Why is Marginful's ROAS lower than Meta's?
Each ad platform claims every order it touched, so several platforms count the same order. Marginful credits each order once. See Attribution.
How long until my numbers appear?
The first sync starts right after install. Profit is calculated as orders arrive. Add your product costs for accurate profit.
Can I use Marginful for several stores?
Yes. Every paid plan covers several stores on one subscription: Growth 2, Scale 3 and Pro 5, with orders from all of them counted together. See Several stores.
Which languages does Marginful support?
The app is available in 12 languages: English, Hebrew, Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Hungarian and Greek. Each person picks their own in Settings → Security & language.
Does Marginful work with WooCommerce?
Not yet. WooCommerce support is coming soon.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Syncing stops at once, and all your store's data is deleted 48 hours later. See Data retention.
