When a provider reports the product cost it billed for an order, that amount replaces the order's COGS. It is spread across the order's lines in proportion to their estimated cost.

When a provider reports the label cost of an order, it replaces your shipping rule's estimate.
How you connect
Depending on the provider, you paste an API key or token, or import a CSV export. Keys are encrypted at rest. If a provider does not offer an API, use Smart import with Costs per order.
