Discount codes and automatic discounts applied to orders.

How it is calculated

• When gift cards are recognised at sale, gift-card redemptions are added here so the same revenue is not counted twice.

Reading it

• Format: Amount in your reporting currency.
• Lower is better (an increase is shown in red).

Where it appears

• Overview and Dashboards — add it from the metric picker (Revenue group).
• Custom metrics — use the variable discounts in a formula. See custom metrics.
