How it is calculated
- Shown only under redemption accounting. With "At sale" recognition, gift-card sales are part of gross sales instead and this figure is zero.
Reading it
- Format: Amount in your reporting currency.
- Higher is better (an increase is shown in green).

- Overview and Dashboards — add it from the metric picker (Revenue group).
